【Identity Verification Process】

・After check-in, guests must use the designated device (iPhone) to make a FaceTime video call.

・The host or manager will verify the reservation details and confirm the guest’s identity. (For foreign guests, please prepare your passport. For Japanese guests, please prepare a photo ID such as a driver's license or My Number card, and contact us via FaceTime.)

・Once verification is complete, the check-in process will be officially finalized.

This procedure is in accordance with the regulations of Ōta City's Special Zone Private Lodging. We appreciate your cooperation.
